You should definitely change your hours online for Tuesday if you close earlier that 12am we Showed up at 10 PM seeing you were open online till 12. The door was just locked right before we went up to the door. Very disappointed! also there was a table outside that told us they were basically chased out of the place and the girls were visibly annoyed that they were even there. I love the ice cream here But Your employees and customer service is subpar. Totally ruins the vibe :( 💔

The ice cream was amazing! My husband and I loved it! The staff was very helpful. However while we were just in, there was someone talking down to the staff. Not sure if this was their manager? But was using very unkind words. He said to them that "once you graduate to a big kid, you won't be doing that anymore" or something along those lines. As a manager myself, I cant believe such a thing would be said especially shouted when there were active customers in there. The staff then looked so upset. We felt so bad for them. Hopefully the man who stated those words can learn from this review. It makes us look poorly upon the business regardless how good your product is.

Milk & Honey was hands down the BEST ice cream and milkshake I have ever had in my life. Everything was absolutely delicious, and honestly, all I wanted to do during our trip to Traverse City was keep coming back for more ice cream. The flavors, the quality, and the experience were just that good. This place became one of the highlights of our trip, and I’m already craving it again. If you’re in Traverse City, this is a must-visit!

This was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. We ordered the moose track, mint meister and the double chocolate. You can also order different toppings and they'll add it right in. They scoop it you pick the toppings and they mix it on the cold counter! The place was pretty cool and busy! Well definitely be back when we're in town!

We absolutely loved our visit to Milk & Honey Ice Cream! I had the chocolate and honey lavender scoops—both were rich, smooth, and full of flavor. The honey lavender especially stood out with its unique floral sweetness that wasn’t overpowering. My wife had the dark chocolate and honey lavender combo, and she was equally impressed—the dark chocolate was decadent and perfectly balanced. The shop itself was charming and cozy, with a friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
